| Tiger, Auburn's golden eagle mascot, seems to be getting a pat and congratulations from President William V. Muse after an announcement in late 1994 that a warm, dry shelter for the bird would be built in the aviary behind Haley Center. An Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity campaign brought in $49,000 to finance the shelter.
