I need help viewing the videos:

• You must have the current version of Quicktime Player to be able to view the videos. You can download the current version here. Depending on your operating system, the page will display which player you will need to download for your respective operating system.

I have the latest version of Quicktime, but I still cannot view the videos:

1. Open QuickTime Player, then choose Edit > QuickTime Preferences (Windows) or QuickTime Player > QuickTime Preferences (Mac OS X). (click on the image for a larger version)
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. In the Preferences window, click Advanced, then choose "Custom" from the Transport Setup pop-up menu. (click on the image for a larger version)
   
   
   
   
3. In the panel or sheet that appears, choose HTTP from the Transport Setup pop-up, then click OK. (click on the image for a larger version)
